Colorado Home & Garden Magazine Showhouse September 2021

The Denver Life Magazine Designer Showhouse project began in 2013, and has raised more than $220,000 for its charitable partners. As Alpine Publishing Group grows our community initiatives, our first Home & Garden Colorado 2021 Designer Showhouse continues to stay local and 100 percent go to Alzheimer’s Association: Colorado Chapter.

Your generous support helps Alzheimer’s Association support the 76,000 Colorado residents living with Alzheimer’s. The Association offers a broad range of programs statewide, including a 24-hour Helpline at no charge, and funds advancements for research to prevent, treat and conquer this disease. There are currently more than five million Americans (and 50 million worldwide) 65+ living with Alzheimer’s—and that number is expected to triple by 2050. Currently, there is no cure. A new survey reports that 9 of 10 primary care physicians (87%) expect to see an increase in people living with dementia during the next five years, and 50% say the medical profession is not prepared to meet this demand.
